Dear Reader
Despite what you may think, these posts are practical and in accord with common sense. If they seem counter-intuitive it is because I often take the same path every other logical mind takes, but in reverse.

Upon an island lay two villages, one on the south of the island, the other on the north. Only one road transverses the island, which crosses a river and a mountain. There came upon the road two stalwart travelers, one from the south, the other from the north. By happenstance, they met in the middle between the mountain and river.
“”Why, god speed stranger! It is good to meet another traveler upon this lonely road!” cried they. Immediately the two sat and began the breaking of bread and serving of tea. Happily went the discourse until a fatal question: “How found you the crossing of the river,” asked the southerner of the other. “I found it high with water and difficult to cross.”
“I’m sorry,” said the northerner, “you confuse me, dear sir, surely you know that the mountain, steep and treacherous, lies first upon this road!”
“What say you? The mountain? Why I can see it myself in the distance where I have not traveled yet! The river comes first!”
So stood they arguing, neither allowing the other to pass, and causing quite a jam upon the road so that others less credulous were held back as well.

If you see yourself as from the north, east, south, west then this is the blog for you. If I can’t help you return to common sense, then who?
